Duties

• Operate delivery vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage.
• Follow designated routes for efficient delivery while being adaptable to changes as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Requirements

• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Experience in route driving or as a courier preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with loading and unloading.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
