What Makes You A Great Fit?
3 years+ B2B sales or business development experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
Looking for the “hunter” and “closer” mentality
Highly comfortable communicating with and securing meetings with executives/owners of businesses
Must be located in or near the Concord/Oakland area
Willingness to deliver a high level of sales results consistently
Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
Generate new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling and territory visits, networking and referrals
Conduct phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations with executives/owners of businesses
Partner with multiple levels within each to ensure elevated client satisfaction
Consultative selling offering multifaceted enhancements for clients in addition to simple price advantages

Qualifications
3 years+ B2B sales or business development experience preferred
3 years+ customer service experience preferred
A desire to learn and grow as a salesperson
Willingness to learn about auto parts (previous experience a plus!)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude
Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license
Ability to commute/relocate to Concord/Oakland, CA
