Description
The Senior IT Help Desk Technician provides advanced support for IT systems, ensuring connectivity, reliability, and productivity across the organization. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of IT help desk experience with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, deployment, and escalation support.
Responsibilities:

Perform all junior help desk responsibilities (provisioning, onboarding, troubleshooting, ticketing, printer support, etc.).

Provide higher-level escalation support for complex technical issues.

Lead by example in enforcing standard IT practices and processes.

Ensure digital communication systems remain fully operational.

Collaborate with IT leadership and mentor junior help desk staff.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years IT Help Desk experience.

Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and system support.

Experience in large company environments preferred.

Familiarity with manufacturing/distribution IT support a plus.

Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Must be on-site during business hours (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (3-month conversion expected)
