Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Technical Project Resource Manager to support critical backlog recovery efforts across planning, engineering, and quality functions. This role focuses on completing high-impact technical projects that directly affect production readiness, compliance, and operational efficiency.

In this position, you will work independently and alongside cross-functional teams to validate documentation, create Bills of Materials, support inspection planning, and assist with tooling and programming initiatives. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.


Key Responsibilities

Planning & Documentation

  • Create and update set-up plans and service codes for production
  • Assist with Master Book transitions and technical document validation
  • Perform red-lining and revision updates on engineering documentation
  • Design and validate inspection plans, including development of SMIs
  • Prepare and validate FAIR plans in accordance with AS9102 standards
  • Conduct bubble drawing markups and drawing validations
  • Organize and validate documentation across ERP and quality systems
  • Create airborne and non-airborne Bills of Materials

Engineering & Programming Support

  • Support tooling design and drafting for new and existing components
  • Create and revise CNC program designs and assist with program modifications using CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of AS9100 and AS9102 documentation requirements
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (E2, JobBOSS, SAP, or similar)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on project-based technical assignments

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CAD/CAM platforms, preferably Mastercam
  • Tooling design or CNC programming support experience
  • Background in quality systems, inspection planning, or compliance
  • Experience managing documentation transitions or backlog recovery efforts
