We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Trainer to join a busy automotive parts warehouse team. In this role, you will help onboard, train, and support warehouse employees to ensure safety, productivity, accuracy, and operational consistency across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Training & Development
- Train new and existing warehouse employees on company procedures, warehouse processes, and operational expectations
- Support employee onboarding and ensure team members are set up for success
- Teach proper warehouse workflows, safety procedures, and productivity expectations
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to improve employee performance and confidence
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback when needed
Warehouse Operations Support
- Work alongside warehouse employees to demonstrate proper processes and best practices
- Assist with warehouse functions including stocking, inventory organization, receiving, shipping, and order pulling when needed
- Help maintain workflow efficiency and operational productivity
- Support leadership in maintaining consistency across warehouse operations
Safety & Compliance
- Train employees on workplace safety procedures and proper material handling techniques
- Help ensure compliance with company safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Lead by example when it comes to attendance, reliability, and professionalism
Team Leadership & Communication
- Serve as a resource for employees who need support, clarification, or additional training
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse leadership regarding employee progress and operational concerns
- Help identify areas where additional coaching or process improvements may be needed
- Support a positive and team-focused warehouse culture

Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Previous experience training, leading, mentoring, or coaching employees strongly preferred
- Experience in an automotive parts warehouse is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and support multiple warehouse functions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing automotive parts throughout the shift
- Dependable transportation to and from work
Schedule & Physical Requirements
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday & Sunday: OFF
- Full-time opportunity in a warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to regularly lift and move automotive parts
- Frequent walking and hands-on support throughout the warehouse required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
