Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Route Execution
- Pick up automotive parts from the warehouse for daily deliveries
- Deliver parts safely, accurately, and on time to customers
- Follow delivery routes efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Move with urgency without sacrificing accuracy or customer service
- Safely load, organize, and transport automotive parts
Customer Service & Professionalism
- Provide professional, friendly service during every delivery
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with mechanics, dealerships, repair shops, and customers
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and warehouse staff
Accuracy & Quality Control
- Double-check invoices before leaving the warehouse
- Verify the correct parts are being delivered to each customer
- Inspect boxes and contents when necessary to confirm parts are present and accurate
- Perform due diligence to reduce delivery mistakes, missing items, and returns
- Confirm delivery accuracy before completing each stop
Returns Handling
- Ask customers if they have parts returns during deliveries
- Properly collect and transport returned items back to the warehouse
- Ensure returns and paperwork are handled accurately
Cash Handling
- Occasionally collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments
- Handle money responsibly and accurately
- Follow company procedures for payment collection and documentation
Vehicle & Safety
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle appearance
- Report vehicle concerns or delivery issues promptly

Qualifications / Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Previous delivery driving, warehouse, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow directions and manage delivery routes efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using invoices, paperwork, and delivery documentation
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Dependable transportation to and from the warehouse
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
- Day shift schedule with local deliveries
- Must be comfortable driving throughout the day
- Ability to regularly lift and move automotive parts
- Frequent getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
