We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Inside Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaking) to support internal sales operations and customer relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted resource for customers, helping support their day-to-day business needs while identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen long-term partnerships.
This position requires someone who is fluent in Mandarin and English, enjoys communicating with people, and is comfortable balancing customer service, inside sales, reporting, and account support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and support their day-to-day business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order support, and supply needs
- Help ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of service and communication
- Provide vacation coverage support to maintain continuity in customer service and account management
Inside Sales & Business Development
- Support company sales growth initiatives and help achieve established goals and budgets
- Act as an extension of the outside sales team to proactively grow product and service sales
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing customer accounts
- Search, prospect, and qualify new customer leads through research, networking, directories, business resources, and online tools
- Assist in generating new business opportunities and growing market share
Sales Support & Reporting
- Run, manage, and analyze daily, weekly, and periodic sales reports to monitor performance and support business initiatives
- Use reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for growth
- Support territory success by helping execute company sales initiatives and promotions
- Assist with sales planning and account management activities
Training & Professional Development
- Participate in sales training, meetings, demonstrations, trade shows, and events as directed
- Complete required company training and educational programs
- Learn company products, services, systems, and processes to effectively support customers and sales efforts
- Continuously develop sales, communication, and business skills
Teamwork & Additional Support
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, leadership, and sales staff to support overall business success
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service consistency
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required
- Previous customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
- Experience with reporting, spreadsheets, and data analysis preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Physical Requirements
