We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate (Receiving) to join a busy automotive parts warehouse team. In this role, you will play an important part in making sure incoming automotive parts are received, inspected, organized, and prepared for the team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Processing
- Receive incoming automotive parts shipments from vendors and carriers
- Unload, inspect, and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Ensure parts, quantities, and product numbers match documentation
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly
- Accurately receive inventory into warehouse systems and paperwork
Quality Control & Accuracy
- Inspect incoming automotive parts for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Double-check labels, packaging, and part numbers for accuracy
- Perform due diligence to prevent inventory errors and misplaced products
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Warehouse Organization
- Organize and stock automotive parts in proper warehouse locations
- Maintain clean aisles, shelves, and receiving areas
- Help keep inventory accessible, organized, and easy to locate
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed
Teamwork & Warehouse Support
- Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to keep operations running efficiently
- Communicate receiving issues or shipment discrepancies promptly
- Support shipping, pulling orders, and warehouse operations when needed
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
Safety & Equipment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
- Follow lifting and material handling best practices

Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in an automotive parts environment is a plus
- Ability to read invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable transportation to and from work
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Full-time opportunities available
- Day shift schedule in a warehouse environment
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts regularly
- Frequent lifting, carrying, organizing, and stocking of materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
